This series of events, open to building professionals across Asia, will give participants an introductory understanding of the WELL Building Standard. Sessions will discuss the Standard and its focus on the health and wellness of building occupants; using research data that explains both the human and financial benefits of implementing the Standard. Through case sutdy reflections of various projects undergoing WELL certification, sessions will discuss the design and construction techniques, as well as technologies used, to address key parameters that impact human health in the various categories of WELL. Sessions will discuss the holistic approach of working with the Owner, Design, and Build Teams at various stages. These sessions will address your questions regarding Owner motivation, costs, concerns, benefits, lessons learned and successes. The program will focus on solutions to create healthier, more productive places for people using the WELL Building Standard!

Tony Armstrong
Asia Pacific, International WELL Building Institute

Having played a leading role in the proliferation of the WELL Building Standard for CBRE clients, Tony Armstrong is now representing the International WELL Building Institute acress Asia Pacific. Whilst at CBRE, Tony introduced and spearheaded the WELL Building Standard at Macquarie which became the first global partner for WELL, targeting over 1.6 million square feet of corporate office space starting with 50 Martin Place Sydney as Australia's first WELL Certified office (WELL Platinum). Since joining IWBI, he has enjoyed collaborating with elite property organizations such as Lendlease, DEXUS, QIC, Mirvac, Frasers Property and Cbus that have registered WELL projects, developing a new wave of innovative healthy environments to support the wellbeing of occupants.

Victoria Gilbert
Director, Delos Solutions

Based in Hong Kong, Victoria has extensive international project management experience, focused on integrating sustainability and wellness into corporate strategy and workplace design. Prior to working with Delos, Victoria worked for Haworth in Asia Pacific and led multiple workplace initiatives for the region, including project managing the design & construction of a new HQ showroom in Shanghai - to implement the Pilot Well Building Standard, and to achieve both LEED v4 Gold and RESET certification. Victoria holds an MSc in Corporate Responsibility and a BA in Geography and Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham, UK. She has a background of corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy consulting for large multinational companies.
