As the Director of Sustainability at Aedas, Dr. Chow brings with him more than 22 years of experience in Sustainable Design specializing in computer modeling and analysis, urban wind environment, solar heat gain calculations, global daylight illumination simulation, building energy modeling, and air ventilation assessment using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), which strongly strengthened the architectural concept and designs of more than 400+ projects located in 40+ cities that he has worked on.

Andy has over 30 years of experience in the property and asset management. Before join USGBC, Andy was the Managing Director for CBRE Asset Services in Greater China. Besides supervising the property management and consultancy services for over 300 projects, Andy established a LEED consultancy team of over 10 people as an industry pioneer back in 2014. His team turned 9 million square meters’ space into LEED-certified space in 3 years.
